huhu...ade 4 jemputan...adoi..mne satu nk pg ni..
3 majlis kawen n 1 majlis tunang...
akhirnye aku amik kputusan pg 2 majlis je..
satu tu kwn baik ku tunang..dia dah beria2 suh aku dtg...hehe..
so terpacak la aku kt umah dia...
tahniah la cik iza sudah jd tunangan org...x leh nakal2 lg tau..

alhamdulillah...tambah lg cert aku...hehe..
bertambah jgk ilmu...

uia tercinta..hehe..and sesiapa yg terlibat secara langsung or tdk langsung menjayakannya...
cuak jgk nk amik exam ni...yelah skng tgh praktikal...xde mase yg ckup tuk study...huhu.
at last pass jgk...

i'm happy that day coz jumpe kwn2 yg sudah lame x jumpe...mcm small reunion kn..hehe..

sbnrnye mlm tu aku ade program lain..
nk g event kt stadium bkt jalil ade sambutan tahun baru cina rakan muda...
dh alang2 dekat dgn ofis, g la singgah jap..
ok la event tu...menteri belia dan sukan pon dtg..
yg penting aku kekenyangan...hehe..
jamuan mkn mlm yg best...
kul 10 br la gerak pulang ke pangkal jalan...
nsib baik jalan ok...
kul 10.20 sampai umah...alhamdulillah...hehe.
kaki pon mcm dh nk tertanggal la kn..

Kek Coklat Sedap

Atas permintaan kwn2 yg teringin nk rase kek coklat dlm post yg lpas tu, sila la cube resepi ni..
nk bg korang rase yg dh siap x dpt la...kne tggu raye nnt...hehehe. x susah pun wat kek ni..bahan2 pun x byk..main campak2 je dh siap...hehe ( **ckp mcm dh terer je...haha). ok la sila salin resepi ni bg yg berminat..

Bahan2 yg diperlukan :-

1. 1 cwn serbuk koko


2. 1 cwn gula pasir


3. 1 cwn susu cair


4. 1 cwn minyak masak


5. 1/2 cwn susu pekat manis


6. 1 2/3 cwn tepung gandum (pandai2 la nk sukat 2/3 tu mcm ne...jgn terlebih takut kek jd keras..hehehe)

1. 1 sudu teh baking powder


2. 1 sudu teh soda bicarbonate


3. 3 biji telur

(sikit je kn bahan2 dia n yg penting senang nk sukat...huhu )

cara2 pembikinannyer :

• korang campur la sume bahan-bahan dr no 1 - 5 dlm periuk n masak sekejap atas api yg kecil sampai la sume tu larut (sebati).


• pastu panaskn periuk kukus ( kite x bakar kek ni sbb x nk dia jd kering)


• pastu amik bahan2 no 6-7, campur sume n ayak.

• pastu amik telur 3 biji tu pukul belasah dia sampai kembang...wat dlm mangkuk yg besar tau senang sikit nk belasah...hehe.


• lepas dia kembang semangkuk, masukkan campuran koko td sambil dipukul lg tp dgn speed yg slow skt.


• pastu masukkan skt2 tepung yg korang dah ayak td sambil gaul ratakan gune senduk la ye sampai la sebati.


• finally, tuang la dlm loyang yg telah disapu minyak skt ( x nk bg dia melekat)


• kukus selame 1 jam.

coklat ganache (salut atas kek tu nanti) :

(bahan sebenar dia)

• glukos cair - 25g

• whipping cream - 250g


• mentega - 25g


• coklat masak - 250g


• sedikit vanila

tp mcm leceh je kn...hehe. so ikut la creativity korang nk wat mcm ne..aku wat ganache sendiri di sbbkan xde whipping cream tu..huhu..tp jd jgk la kn...sodap je hingga menjilat jari..pastu hiaslah ikut citarasa masing2...
